Online deep dive · Team Wellbeing and Employee Happiness

Team wellbeing does not come from fixing people.

It comes from people being able to flourish in their context. In this training you learn to design the four contexts in which team wellbeing and happiness at work arise on their own.

Your teacher

Astrid Groenewegen

Co-founder SUE Behavioural Design · author of The Art of Designing Behaviour

She teaches all twelve lessons herself. She designs behaviour for organisations such as Heineken, ING and the European Commission, and she has led SUE's trainings for years. Hand in the final assignment at the end and she reviews it herself.

The one decisive component that holds the key to a well-lived life is your context.

From her book De Gelukscode

Astrid teaches the lessons. Behind her stands the team of SUE Behavioural Design: the trainers who run our open courses, and the people who answer your questions.

Who this is for

Is this your situation?

For team leads, and for anyone who wants to improve things together with colleagues.

If you lead the team

You see the energy draining away, and the standard interventions change nothing.

You want to set the week up differently without adding yet another programme.

If you work in a team

You are not in a position to impose anything, and you still want to change it.

You want to make agreements with your colleagues that still stand next month.

Not for you if

You think the problem lies with your people, and not with how the work is set up.

What you might still want to know

You pay through Stripe and within minutes the whole training is ready for you: all twelve lessons, the toolbox and the downloads. There is no start date and no group to wait for. Your invoice is made out to your organisation and you can download it straight away.

Your access is for life and there is no clock running. The twelve lessons add up to about five hours, so you can do them in a week or spread them over a few months, whatever suits you. You can always come back, including a year from now with a new team.

Yes. After the twelve lessons you receive the SUE Behavioural Design Academy certificate, EQAC-certified, with its own link so others can validate it. The final assignment is optional; hand it in and Astrid reviews it herself and gives you her personal feedback.

You do the lessons alone, at your own pace. Your team only comes in at the team happiness day, and you get the full playbook for it: the facilitation method, the exercises and the templates. So you do not have to convince anyone up front. You start on your own and bring your team in once you know what you are going to do.

Yes. Your invoice is made out to your organisation and you can download it right after payment. What makes that conversation easy: name the behaviour that is not changing now and what it costs, not the content of the training. That conversation usually takes five minutes.

English, with subtitles in English, Dutch, German, Swedish and Finnish. Questions and feedback in English.
